Use of the site
By accessing or using sikkimgamewin.com ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately. Sikkim Game reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and reside in a jurisdiction where accessing the Site is lawful under applicable Indian law, including any state-level legislation governing games of skill or chance. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. Sikkim Game may request identity verification at any time and will suspend or terminate access where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Permitted and prohibited use
You may use the Site solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to upload or transmit malicious code; scrape or data-mine the Site without prior written consent; impersonate any person or entity; or use the Site to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or any activity prohibited under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. Violations may be reported to the relevant law-enforcement authorities without prior notice to you. Where account registration is required, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity carried out under your account.
Intellectual property

Trademarks and ownership
The Sikkim Game name, logo, and all related marks, product names, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of Sikkim Game. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any trademark, service mark, or trade name of Sikkim Game or its affiliates. All rights not expressly granted herein are strictly reserved by Sikkim Game.
Limited licence and user content
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Sikkim Game grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publicly display Site content; create derivative works; remove proprietary notices; or frame any part of the Site on another platform without prior written authorisation. If you submit content, such as reviews or feedback, you grant Sikkim Game a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, and distribute that content, and you warrant that you hold the necessary rights to grant such a licence.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Sikkim Game, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, even if Sikkim Game has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
No warranties
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Sikkim Game does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You assume full responsibility for any risk associated with your use of the Site and acknowledge that participation in any game involves inherent financial risk.
Third-party services
The Site may integrate with or link to third-party payment processors, including UPI-based platforms such as PhonePe, Google Pay, and BHIM, as well as external websites. Sikkim Game does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service. Any dispute arising from a third-party transaction must be resolved directly with that provider under that provider's own terms and conditions.
